Our room was functional and fashionable, available with a good bed, very nice views, for example. The atmosphere created was quiet. Location: the hotel was just next door to Hyeres for the European Cross Country Championships, is a distance from both the port, and the old town which is quite far.

Roof terrace nice, but can't compensate the rest
Badly furnished room with holes in plaster walls, old bathroom, smelly corridor. Too expensive for what they have to offer.

Excellent location: the train station is across the street, old city is in 15 min by feet, bus stop to Porquerolles is in 1 min by feet. A terrace on top with a great view.
The price is a bit high, but location was more impoortant for me.

For families, the hotel offered a great location for water adventures like kayaking and scuba diving nearby. We had an amazing time exploring the crystal-clear waters and enjoying the thrill of these activities. The hotel staff was also helpful in arranging these adventures for us.
My children wanted a kids' club or playground at the hotel.

Very welcoming staff. Room and shower very modern and clean. Not noisy.
Would have liked an English 24 hour news channel on the TV.

The roof terasse and the breakfast buffet up there was lovely. The room was nicely furnished and clean bit really too small.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, right across from the train station. the room was comfortable and had separate toilet and bathroom facilities. the breakfast on the third floor was delicious, with a great variety of fresh fruit, breads, and croissants. the rooftop terrace, which also serves as a bar in the evening, was a pleasant place to enjoy our breakfast and relax.
Felt at home, no complaints.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, with easy access to Hyeres, Toulon, and even Cannes or Nice. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always quick to respond to any request. I also loved the attention to detail in the rooms, with their modern and bright decor. And lastly, the breakfast with the view over the city was a great way to start the day, although I was a bit disappointed to find the bread missing.
Everything was just perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We had a good night's sleep in the cozy bed. . the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel around the area. One of the best aspects was the beautiful roof terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view.
The hotel seemed to be understaffed, causing delays and inconvenience. It took quite some time to receive simple requests, such as ice for a sore throat.
